I continue to receive this message "a device which does not exist was specified" when I try to transfer my photos from my Canon to my PC.
My computer is up to date, my 5D MIV firmeware is up to date.
I've restarted my PC and reset all settings on my camera.
I've tried to transfer onto another PC.
I connect a USB to my Canon. I don't have an SD reader on my PC at the moment, but I think that's going to change soon. Anyone able to help with this issue?

Update
Reading through some of the other post, it seems like Canon has some issues with AMD systems and works better with Intel?
