Hello again, I am still having this issue with the sevre noise even when using optimal lighting and camera settings.

As you can see there is still quite alot of grain. The Camera setting are:

ISO: 200

Apature: 3.5

Shutter Speed: 50

Im sure what to do anymore. Any help or suggestions would be great! Thank you!

Please, refresh my memory.  Post a link(s) to any old threads that you started about this issue.

Don't forget that video frames are a much lower resolution than still photos with a T3i.  What lens was used for your video sample?

Your focal length in the video clip seems to be fairly wide, but your aperture is fairly wide, too.  This combination can add up to a fairly narrow Depth-OF-Field.

That is the link to the last post.

The lens that I was using is the standard 18-55 mm.

If thats the case with the T3i, what camera (Canon) would you reccomend for good video recording (preferably under $1000 but less is better)

Your camera is fine.  Try taking a few still photos of the scenes before you shoot video.  Your expectations seem unrealistic.
