I am having an extremely difficult time with my new camera. I have the canon eos rebel T6 and today I tried using it to take videos and then when I got home to try and download the videos onto my phone with the canon app it said “this movie cannot be formatted” and won’t let me import any of the videos on my phone but will let me import photos. Does anyone have any idea on how I can fix this so that I’m able to import/download videos from my camera onto my iphone with the canon WiFi app?
