Buzzing noise in Live View focusing, Canon 6D

Hi,

I have a strange buzzing noise when I activate auto focus in LV with different lenses, so it's does not look like a lens issue.

The noise is only audible when focusing from near to far or vice versa using 85mm lense.

I can even hear same sound with 24-105 STM lens, which supposed to be compeltely silent, but it only happens on wide end. 

Is this normal, anybody else expereeinces this?

Maybe not supposed to but it is the lens.

Another observation that when this buzzing/clicking noise hapens the LV screen goes almost dark and then back to normal again as if exposure adjustment happens. 

Is my camera defective?
