hi. the "shortcut" (C.Fn III) that let you change the ISO by holding the SET button and turning the Main Dial to change the value does not work properly on 80D. it works in photo mode, but not in video mode. (70D works fine in both modes)
the big question: how to report to canon so they can fix in a next FW update?

I think I'd start by sending a note to your nearest Canon service center and copy it to the people who run Canon Professional Services (CPS). You can find the necessary email addresses by searching Canon's Web site.
BTW, when you do that, you should be much more specific about the symptoms you're seeing. If they can't reproduce the problem, they probably won't take your report very seriously.

oh, i should mention, i asked about this on another forums, and i got confirmation from other users this happens with them too.
also, im brazilian. will try to find canon phone from here.
