Brand new EOS R5 Mark II bugs/ sensor issues ?

I received my Canon R5 MarkII this afternoon and went to take some pictures at the local Hindu temple in Utah. It was quite sunny and shot all my shots in AV more, Auto ISO ! Here are some pictures which came out super weird and destroyed the entire image - Took 800 pictures but close to 25 pictures were like this . Does anybody have seen similar issues with Canon R5 mark 01 or mark II ? I bought the camera from Adorama (they sold on Amazon and did overnight shipping. Any recommendations here on how to share this with official canon team ? Canon R5 Mark II buggy imagesCanon R5 Mark II buggy imagesCanon R5 Mark II buggy imagesCanon R5 Mark II buggy imagesCanon R5 Mark II buggy imagesCanon R5 Mark II buggy imagesCanon R5 Mark II buggy imagesCanon R5 Mark II buggy imagesCanon R5 Mark II buggy imagesCanon R5 Mark II buggy imagesCanon R5 Mark II buggy imagesCanon R5 Mark II buggy imagesCanon R5 Mark II buggy imagesCanon R5 Mark II buggy imagesCanon R5 Mark II buggy imagesCanon R5 Mark II buggy imagesCanon R5 Mark II buggy imagesCanon R5 Mark II buggy images

I have the same issue. Used Canon R5 Mark II with a new SanDisk Extreme Pro V60 280mb/s R, 100 mb/s W (the card was a gift for buying a camera). Out of 3000 images - around 40 are damaged. I noticed that all the damaged shots were taken in a continuous shooting (normal speed, just 2 shots in a serie). So do you think it's a problem with a card?Screenshot 2024-09-12 at 11.49.08.png

Try replacing that card for a V90 card. I had the same issue when using a V60 card in my R7. After replacing the card for a V90 all the issues were fixed.

Are you using a V60 card?

I also experienced the same issue on my R5mii, though only on one day, and have been unable to recreate the error since then.  My images looked just like OP's, where it looks almost like a shutter sync issue, with obvious digital distortion.  I don't believe it's an SD card issue, as I was writing to multiple cards and the damaged files were written the same way on both CFexpress and an V90 SD card.
