Banding Horizontal line 5DS

Hey everyone, 

I just got my canon 5ds, and I am seeing horizontal banding line in some of the picture ( not all pictures thou) 

it first started or I noticed it with the new CF card I got, so I thought that maybe the issue because I saw people complaining about that online.

I put an SD card to see if I still have the problem and I do.

do you guys have an idea of whats going on? is it a bad sensor?

I actually tried some videos and it shows there but not all the time , it's the same as pictures it will comes and goes.

If I decided to send it to canon and repair it how much that will cost me.
I know return is better but if for some reason I want to repair it ?

If you "just got it" it should still be under warranty and the repair should be free.

It's a bad sensor so it won't be cheap.  You need to return it ASAP.  Is there a reason you can't return it?  You seem hesitant?
