5d mk iv will drop shooting in RAW and just shoot in Jpeg

Hi Everyone!

I'm new to the board and am currently on the trip of a lifetime in the Antartic.

Problem: my 5d mk iv will not continually shot in raw, even though I have it set to shoot in both Raw & Jpeg. After a few shots or few minutes between shots it just shoots Jpeg. I have to keep resetting it to shoot in both formats. I'm very frusturated with this.

After a quick search online and this forum, it doesn't seem to be an issue anywhere.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Which program mode? C1, C2 and C3 will reset to their default when the camera is powered off.

+1 for Peter's question.  Also, if you haven't reset, this would be the time to do so.
