5d mark iv proplem " flicker in videos "

I have a problem when shooting videos showing flicker in my eos 5d mark iv , the mode used is manual and all settings are manual . 

can I find a solution here?

I did not see any flicker.  The video is also very short (only 4 seconds), so it may be very difficult to catch the issue.

In terms of settings though, what settings are you using?

Also, what do you define flicker to be?  I was looking for cases where the exposure would be changing, but didn't see any.
