5D3 and 24 1.4 II L Edit ! Now with all Lenses ! Bug Report

Hello all, I need a few of you who have a Canon 5D Mark3 Camera and a 24 1.4 II L Lens to do a small test for me please, I discovered a problem with the Metering, when the camera is on AV and using the Evaluative metering mode, when you switch the Lens to Manual focus the Meter reading changes, I have not moved the camera in anyway,  when I switch the lens back to auto AF the metering moves again, 

Can you please check your camera and lens for this problem, I have tried using my 100mm macro 2.8 L and the metering stays the same,
