Hi All,
I hope someone may have a solution for this. My camera's LCD suddenly stopped working when first turned on. It doesn't matter what I press, nothing gets it to come on. It only starts working once I change shooting modes and back. For instance, turning on while on Manual, nothing works. Then switching to another mode, then back to Manual, it starts working.
I've already tried resetting to factory settings and still no dice. Any thoughts?

This looks like a hardware issue. Which means Canon or an independent repair shop will have to fix it.

I was worried that would be the case. Thank you for your responses.
