Check out the Canon Loyalty Program if you are willing to buy a refurbished camera. You can get a T3i for about $350 or a 60D for about $640. Those prices are for bodies only and you have to trade in an old Canon camera. I have just purchased my second body this way and they are just like new and now carry a 1 year warranty like a new camera. I can't find the number to call but if you call the support number they can probably tell you.
