1DX ii - File Corruption

Hey guys been shooting a lot with my 1dx as of late and when i shoot videos over roughly 3 mins long on my CFast 2.0 card i cant pull the file off my camera.

Can play it back on my camera but cant drag it off

Im not using a CFast reader just cable straight to camera

And i just did a firmware update today and going to see if that works, if not anyone got any knowldege?

That's a puzzle. I guess the first thing I'd check is that you're using a USB-3 cable and that it's plugged into a USB-3 port on the computer. (Usually a computer's USB-3 ports are blue.)

I think maybe the 1DX2 also has an Ethernet port. If that's what you're using, be sure the connection to the computer is via a Category 6 cable.

There was a bug with 1D X II and CFast from SanDisk, but it is fixed by firmware. Also, video wasn't affected.
