I'm not sure I understand your question fully but if I'm reading it right you have a Sigma lens that you used on a Canon 300D (the original Digital Rebel body). If the lens worked with that body it will work with newer bodies too but depending on the exact model of lens it may only be suitable for crop bodies. More information is needed for an accurate answer.
