Hi everyone ! The solar ecplise is quickly approaching and I had a quick question! I have a Canon EOS 2000D and I have CPL, UV, and FLD lense attachments .. are any of them able to be used to take a picture of the solar eclipse? If not are there suggestions on the proper lense to get for solar pictures in general?

Please check out canon.us/eclipse for info about what to look for in a filter for the eclipse!

I’m new to photography so I’m not really understanding all the technical terms. I have a zoom lense that goes from 75-300mm and again a CPL, FLD, and UV lenses .. but from the looks of it, I don’t have the proper lense?

You don't have the proper filter to get a shot when any of the sun is in view, but you can take a few images at totality.
