Rebel EOS XS Automotive lenses?

jonahpearcy

Recently purchased my first actual camera, and I've just been taking landscape pictures. But a lot of my friends are asking me to start taking pictures of their cars. What would be a fairly priced lense for automotive photography? I'm a college student so the most cost efficient the better. Thanks.

Lens choice depends on just how you want to shoot them. The kit lens can be very useful and so can an ultrawide, but be aware that shooting from too close gets some strange lines as you move away from the center of the image. Here's some info that may get you thinking of what types of photos interest you
