RF 100-500 black spot

I am getting a black spot on the right side of my photos when using my RF 100-500 at high fstop.  Any ideas?  If I take it down to f22 or lower it seems to go away.  I get the same result with R1 and R6 Mark II.

The attached photo was shot at ISO 5000 100mm f32 1/125TB3A0480.JPG

Assuming this is only with your 100-500 lens? Since the degree of how much it is blurred is based upon the aperture, there is some debris either on the front or rear surface. Or, some debris within the lens.

Yes I have tried to reproduce it with different lenses but am not able to.  Only able to reproduce the issue with this lens on multiple bodies.  I will take a look at the back of the lens and see if something is on there.

Because you get the same with other cameras and the same lens, take a look at the rear element if there is a small insect or other debris there.
