I have recently switched from the 7D Mk ll to the R7 and purchased the mount adaptor ring. My Sigma 150-600mm works fine as did the Canon EF 70-200 1:2.8 L IS ll USM lens when I started playing with the camera. Picked up the camera again today and the 70-200 will not focus. I have updated the firmwear on the camera and reset to factory settings without success. Any suggestions beyond buying a new lens?

Greetings ,
I'm glad John asked that question. It clarifies this for me. Thanks to Demetrius for answering . The RF 24-240 is an example of this.

Hi LionDog,
I think its time to contact support for a lens inspection as John suggested earlier.
