I mistakenly bought a tamron sp 70-300mm f/4-5.6 di vc usd sony mount lens but I have a cannon 700d camera. Is there any way to use this

Yes there is, buy a Sony camera. Otherwise you can not use it on a Canon camera. If return is not possible Tamron can change the mount but for a inexpensive lens like the Tamron sp 70-300mm f/4-5.6 di vc usd that's not the number 1 solution. Return if possible.
