Help with canon r8 with rf 24-50mm kit lens - Images Have Black Corners

I've been having issues with my r8 since I got the camera. My pictures look good on the camera and even transferring to my phone, but I get black corners when the image loads on my computer after shooting at 24mm. What could cause this? I've tried taking off the hood and still the issue persists

Do you have a filter on the lens?

Are these RAW or JPEG?

Do you have a peripheral illumination correction setting? Turn it on.

Since this is a new lens, you might have to register it in the camera.

You need a lens profile for your lens. Which raw converter are you using?
