I hear the R6 mark II Lens Choices are very few. Maybe someone, currently, using a wide lens for the R6 Mark II could share their thoughts and/or recommendations

I replied early this morning, a few hours after Ricky... but didn't post my message. Got a call .. and left the house.
Wide Angles - The RF 15~35 L f2.8, 14~35 L f4 and RF 15-30 f4.5~6.3 are available now.
UWA - Also note that there is a credible rumor that a RF 10-24 L f4 will be announced next month. Sure its a ways off, but something to keep in mind if you aren't in a huge hurry.
There is one prime a 16mm. 2-3 other RF primes should be announced shortly. Not sure if he's looking for zooms or fixed FL.

I ended up buying the RF 15-35mm f/2.8L IS USM because I shoot a lot in low light. The 14-35 f/4 is a bit cheaper, so if lower light isn't a priority, it may be a better option. Also, the 14-35 is more compact and lighter and when you are zooming, the barrel doesn't extend as far as the 15-35, so if you are using a gimbal, balance isn't thrown off when you zoom (if that makes sense). I'm not that into landscape photography and usually shoot subjects a bit closer with this lens. For that, the 15-35 is as sharp as they come. I've used it on the R5, R6, and R6 mark II.

There is, as others have commented, a wide choice of wide angle and ultra-wide lenses for your perusal.
I have the RF 14-35mm f/4 L lens which is quite splendid in every way.
I also have the RF 35mm f/1.8 STM lens which is also very good, also small light and affordable, and focusses right down to 1:2.
