I am a beginner , and i need to know is lens 60 mm fir canon r10 or need any adaptor ?

What exact 60mm lens are you referring to (brand, mount type)? e.g. is this the Canon EF-S 60mm f/2.8?
To use EF or EF-S lenses with your R-series camera, you will indeed need to use an EF to RF adapter. If it is some other mount, it may or may not be possible.

Already mentioned earlier; EF to RF adapter. Recommend the Canon branded ones.
