EF 50mm f/1.4

For whatever reason my EF 50mm f/1.4 will no longer open wider than 2.8 or close more than f/8. 
I currently have the lens mounted on my 5d mk iv. The problem doesn’t replicate its self on my 7d mkii, or my 70d.

Can anyone out there help me identify & fix this issue?

Is the camera new to you? Does it happen with other lenses?

Depending on those answers check and see if there are custom settings enabled that limit lens opening; some models have that capability.

No, the camera isn’t new to me but, I did make some changes with limiting ISO and shutter speed.🤔 Didn’t think I set them as them as custom settings but I will check that out.
