or

Canon EF 24-105mm f/4 L is USM (250$CAD)

I Usually shoot street photo on a R10 and i already have a 17-40mm, 50mm and a 70-200mm.

Looking at the prices here, then I assume that the EF 24-105mm is the Mk1 version of  the lens. In which case it is optically nowhere near to the performance of the EF 24-70mm f/4L IS USM. Many years ago - DSLR era - I shot with the EF 24-105mm f/4L (Mk1) but found that I stopped using it and used prime lenses more as I didn't like the results I got. When I did the deep dive on my Lightroom catalog I found that most of the time I used the 24-70mm range and then 105mm. So I switched to the EF 24-70mm f/4L IS and it is so much sharper, I still have it and use it on the EOS R10, R6 and R6 Mk2 when I want that kind of range and don't want to carry the RF 28-70mm F2.

Since you are not a pro and not selling your work, I would go with the 24-105mm. It is very much more friendly and versatile then the 24-70mm. As to IQ, that is a personal thing as either lens is pretty darn good. And for the average normal person, that is not a pixel peeper, I doubt you will see or notice a significant difference in IQ.
