I recently acquired a Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS USM lens and would like to get it cleaned and checked for accuracy. I went to the service page and when I clicked on Schedule Service, it went to the Canon Maintenance Service page. Then I clicked Schedule Service and the next page had nothing letting me know if it went anywhere. What does it take to get this done?
