I have Canon R5 Mark ii and the moment i attach my RF 5.2mm 3D 180 lens, the camera greys out all the HDR shooting modes.
I usually shoot raw light, but for a studio recording with controlled light i would prefer shooting straight HDR PQ for faster workflow: Shooting video -> EOS VR Utility -> Davinci Studio 20
I there a way to enable HDR shooting with these lens or should i just Shoot in Raw Light with LUT look, then apply same LUT in Davinci?

So let me be clear: you suggest that i can bypass the software limitation that been implemented to be triggered when i use my 3d 180 lens, if ill load the saved HDR camera settings after i attach this lens? Do you have this lens and tried doing it and it worked?

Negative. I just posted what the lens instruction manual states.

Got it.
So basically for now its a no go with 3d lens because of firmware relater / hardware limitation.
Ok then, ill keep my Raw Lite workflow then.
Thank you for your answer!
