Hi folks.
First fo all, I'm Italian so do not pay attention to my bad english 😧
Just want to ask you, how (and if) can I adapt this lens ---> Sony 18-70mm f/3.5 (it's from a SONY A100 dslr)
to my EOS 1200d ?
this lens have the "type A" (alpha), and I think it's the same for minolta lenses....

You can. "Google Sony a to EOS lens adapter"
Study carefully what the the adapter does and doesn't do.
I think your money would be better spent purchasing a Canon mount lens.

Here is an adapter that MIGHT work for you:
I do not have this adapter and therefore I cannot evaluate its quality. Some people have had success with Chinese-made adapters, others have not. It is somewhat reassuring that the seller has 99% positive feedback on over 28,000 transactions.
As stated in the eBay ad's description, you cannot autofocus or control the aperture automatically when using this adapter.
