I have just purchased a Pixma MG6470 multi function printer. I 1st set it up on my personal laptop running windows 10. It took a while to detect the printer on the network but eventually it succeeded and I'm now connected.
I went through the same process of full software and driver downloads and installation for 2 other windows 10 laptops but they cannot find the printer on the network. The setup screen appears with redetect. When I do this it finds nothing. Have tried so many times installing again but same issue. without finding the printer the wireless installation will not complete.
This is causing us problems as we need the wireless facility NOT USB.
If anyone has suggestions on how to resolve this please assist.
The printer is connected to the network and all laptops are connected to the network - just no connection between 2 laptops and printer.
