The cyan is not working on my Pixma mp530 printer.I have cleaned the system, reset the cartridge. What can I do?

I am sorry to hear that your PIXMA MP530 is not printing cyan. What we recommend is performing up to three deep cleanings, waiting for 24 hours, then performing one more deep cleaning. If this does not resolve the issue, your printer would require service options.
