I have windows 8.1 and I try to scan something, it sais I need a WIA driver to use this device.

Then I try to find the driver and there is absolutely no label on the printer except Canon and Pixma.

Device manager sais its MG 2100 series, on the internet I found its probably MG 2150, but the driver for that doesnt work..

2014 ...

Stupid

edit:

I tried

http://www.canon-europe.com/Support/Consumer_Products/products/Fax__Multifunctionals/InkJet/PIXMA_MG...

none worked

..

turns out its 2120

http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/printers_multifunction/pixma_mg_series/pixma_mg2120#D...

this worked

In the link, there is the model number at the bottom right corner under the paper tray.
But as always, the best place to check for any electronic device model is the serial/part No bar code at the bottom of the device.
