used printer set for network need to set for local just for me

i bought the printer used and it is set for a network probably came out of an office. i neecv to reset to just me local and have it workm on win 11

canon pixma mx940 s/n  klel54061 tried to install it on my hp laptop s/n 5cd3296kwp with win 11 and i downloaded all the drivers and it cannot discoer the mp ffiles and cannot find the usb port so i tried with thewireless and it cannot detect the printer. says it is part of a network and i need to delete the old printer which isn't there.

Hmmm... We don't have a mx940 model in our database. Please double-check that and see if it's possibly one of our MX920 series or MX490 series.
