the pgbk ink cartridge on my MP610 printer doesn't print

I have tried cleaning, deep cleaning, removing and cleaning the printer driver. When I do my test print the PGBK doesn't print and when I try printing any non-color document the page is blank.  I also replaced the ink cartridge itself.  Please help!
