I've run into an issue that I have no clue how to get around. When I scan a document and then try to upload it, I can't find the item that I'm trying to upload can anyone help me thank you and please. it saves in the printer but not on the computer.
So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or Mac OS, and which version thereof) along with what application you're using to scan. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
