trying to get service is like pulling wisdom teeth.  horrible  printer will not scan full page

cannot hear pon phone hold times 1 hour. phone does not reconize model.

phone system does not work right.

Printer phone support is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (ET), Monday through Friday, and is only available if you're within the warranty period or have paid for support before you call. You can see your personalized support options within your My Canon Account at https://canon.us/account 

that does not work  poorly done,  no way to send a message.

Chat or email isn't available for every product.

Again, if you log into your My Canon Account, you'll see all your support entitlements based on your product and warranty status.
