Hi, dkclemenson!
So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know which printer model you're using. We saw you referring to a Pixma MP560 in an earlier post, but we want to make sure we all know for certain. Any additional details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
If this is a time-sensitive matter, our US-based technical support team is standing by, ready to help 24/7 via Email at http://bit.ly/EmailCanon or by phone at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) weekdays between 10 AM and 10 PM ET (7 AM to 7 PM PT).
Thanks and have a great day!

Thanks, yes I am talking about the Pixma MP560. Since I wrote that post, I took the red cartridge out and used a toothpick to push around the little spongy thing where the ink comes out. Thought it might just be dried and the ink couldn't get through. Voila!! I now have all my colors.
Thank you for answering me so promptly.
