i changed the black cartridge on my printer as i usually do and it not printing right it is skipping. im getting sentences with a white line in the middle. can anyone help please

I recommend performing a nozzle cleaning. Please click HERE for the steps. You can also perform a encoder cleaning by following the steps HERE.

If this does not resolve the issue, please take the Black ink cartridge out and reply with the information that is on it( ink number,where it was made, etc).
