I have Pixma MG6820 printer and starting 11/22/2020 the printer is printing any color print job in a pale orange color. I have tried all of the maintanance suggestions and nothing has changed. It is as if there is no color mixing. There is no green, blue or red color being printed just a pale orange. If I print something in black and white it comes out black and white. It is just when I print in color that there is a proplem.
Is this a major printer problem or is there something I can do here at home to correct this?
