printing in Blue for color prints

I have Canon MX350 printer.

Since 1 month I am getting color prints in blue color.

I changed the cartridge and still printing in blue color only.

I am using refilled cartridges from costco.

I tried all the options from online forums. still its not able to get color prints work.

Blac prints are working properly

Hello.

The issue may be related to the ink cartridges being used.  

If there has been no improvement after performing cleanings or deep cleanings from the maintenance menu, please consider installing genuine Canon cartridges to see if this helps.
