printer wont print all contents of page

My printer won't print all content of the page. I'm trying to print my Itenerary for air fare and it will print some of the contents but not all. If I try to print a recipe it will print the photo and prep time ect. but not the recipe.

Need more info. Sometimes thats an issue with the web page and browser.

Have you installed Canon Easy Web Print?

It's been set up like this for years and has worked. I'm not very good with technology, thinking something got changed somewhere and I have no clue where to start.

Hi Barb1,

Please make sure that the installed ink tanks are correct and full of ink. The correct order is:

CLI-8BK
CLI-8PC
PGI-5BK
CLI-8M
CLI-8C
CLI-8PM
CLI-8Y

Next, a test of the printer should be performed. This will tell us if the printer is working correctly. To do this, please load letter-sized paper in the PIXMA MP970 and follow these steps:

1. Press <HOME>.

2. Rotate the menu to Settings and press <OK>.

3. Press <OK> on Maintenance.

4. Press <OK> on Nozzle Check Pattern.

5. Press <OK> on Yes.

The Nozzle Check will print. Please compare your printout to the example that has been attached to the bottom of this message. If they differ, please perform a few printhead cleanings.

To perform cleanings, please follow these steps:

1. Press <HOME>.

2. Rotate the menu to Settings and press <OK>.

3. Press <OK> on Maintenance.

4. Press <OK> on Deep Cleaning.

5. Press <OK> on Yes.

Does the test page print correctly?
