printer says no paper but has paper Help?

My Canon Model MG5320 says there is no paper when in fact there is paper in the cassette. Any suggestions? I have only had it less then 2 months. Dona

Hi Dona,

I would like to get a little more information to better assist with troubleshooting.  First, does the error on the LCD of the printer indicate it is attempting to pull from the cassete or the Automatic Sheet Feeder?  It should indicate this at the top of the error.  Also, Are you printing a document or photo?  Lastly, what program are you printing from?
