I have a Pixma printer MG 2922 I would like to print a marriage license. When I click on my printer icon, a window pops up, it says "The printer is not connected." This is very odd to me since the printer IS connected. The green light is on. I checked the utility and there is enough ink, black and colored. When I click on Print, the printer prints in RED. I wanted black ink. Now I see a blue light is on below the green light. I do not know what this means. Both lights are on now.

Greetings,
Pages 94 and 131 of your Product's Manual can provide information about the printer's LED's and what they mean.
