PIXMA TS3522 cartridge replaced and E appears

I replaced the ink cartridge both of them on TS3522 and black ink is flashing and an E appears 

please help lots of work to do today on my printer

In addition to the "E", what are the other two numbers (in order) that appear on the display of your PIXMA TS3522?
