pixma mp530- print on envelopes too small & not in right place

I have gone into printer options, changed things to #10, tried changing font numerous times, envelope comes out with real tiny print, all to the left. Return address is down 1 3/8" from top, recipent address prints 1" from the left.  ALL print is tiny, approx8 or 9 font size. 

No matter what, the print will not enloge and be oriented in the correcxt place.

I have up-to-date firmware, software & every-other kind of ware.  what do you suggest?  Thanks

Hi rachel2158,

Please make sure that the envelope is loaded correctly and the MP530's printer driver is set to envelope printing.
