pixma mg5220 has error code 5012, makes a loud sound and won't work.

I have a pixma mg5220 all in one printer. Error code 5012 shows and a loud sound occurs. Running windows8.1 on hp smarttouch 15 812, MIGHT BE b12  It's hard to read.

This happens rarely, but when it does, I don't know when it will start to work again. Any suggestions, please?

To try and resolve the error, please turn off the printer, unplug the power cord and wait for at least 10 minutes, then reconnect the power cord and turn the unit back on again.  If the error still displays, the printer will require servicing.  Please call or email us at one of the methods on the Contact Us page to obtain your servicing options.
