The printer was printing fine and then all of sudden it gave me a message that said there was a paper jam. I looked throughout the unit but couldn't find a jam. I hit the okay key and then bam! Two different lights began blinking and a support code 6000 came up. I followed the instructions. Turned the printer off, unplugged it from it's power source, then turned reversed my actions. The same two lights are blinking and the source code 6000 is still there.

Hi Klippercut,
If you have already verified that any paper jams or obstructions that may be located in the printer have been cleared by following the steps located here, as well as have reset the unit and are still receiving the 6000 error, the printer will require servicing. Please call or email us at one of the methods on the Contact Us page to obtain your servicing options.
