Subject says it all pretty much. Printer was fine the last time I used it a week ago Thanking youall in advance!!and that was for printing envelopes. Today it will still print envelopes but it will not print letter size paper....the "grabber" tries to grab the paper and the paper moves down a couple of inches (mine is a rear-feed only) and then it makes a whirring sound, but the paper will not enter to be printed. I have cleaned the rollers, I tried using a heavier sheets of paper, but that did not go thru either. (80# cardstock that I used to print on all the time with no issues) The printer will still print envelopes with no problems. To print envelopes, they must be loaded against the far right edge of the paper holder. I would just buy another printer, but I just put in new ink cartridges less than a week ago and I have another set of inks sitting on a shelf. Is something must wrong with the grabber and I must just suck it up and toss these brand new ink cartridges? I checked the settings to make sure they were set to run letter size sheets. Somebody call the waahhh-mbulance! Thanking you all in advance~~~~~~
I would

Thanks for joining the conversation, Legs1616!
So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using. Do you have the PIXMA MG3520 or the PIXMA TS3520? That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

Thanks so much for answering, Danny. I am trying to use a Pixma TS3520. I cleaned the paper feed rollers with alcohol and a microfiber cloth. I think maybe one roller is not grabbing since I can print envelopes with no problem at all. My envelope feed is to the far right on the rear feed paper holder. That is the only feed this printer has. I am dryly mystified because last time I used this printer, it worked perfectly. I though maybe some mysterious object had fallen into the feed, so I turned the printer upside down and shook it, but nothing fell out.
I am sad because I have two new sets of printer ink, and I have had them too long to return them. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
