Using both HP laptop Amd A9 and IMac os 10.13.3   Will print on 8x11 paper but not on 4x6 paper   I have changed the paper designation on printer and also in the print info  nothing prints

When you attempt to print, do you get an error?  If so, what is the exact wording of the error that you get?

What program are you using to print your photo?
