win 10 operating system. My mg7720 prints fine from cassette 2 with regular paper but it will not print photos from cassette 1. I tried a 4x6 photo and all it said was "processing-please wait momentarily" and it just hangs there and never prints anything. I reinstalled the drivers on the printer but that did nothing to solve the problem
No it didn't work as I had done that before but I found if you use Canon Easy-Photoprint EX you can print from cassette 1. I printed a nice 4x6 photo from there and it works nicely! Thanks for the help anyway.
