mx432 not printing device mgr says working properly

New MX432 will not print, device mgr says working properly, also set up cd would not load on pc, HP computer windows 8

In order to assist with this issue we will need more information.  Please let us know exactly what happens when you try to print.  If you receive an error, please let us know the exact wording of the error.  Also, please let us know whether you are using the printer via a USB connection or whether you are printing wirelessly.
