My printer can print from the internet but it does not print any fonts from pc
EX: if i have an ms word file or any other microsoft software and it has any image the pc will print the image nothing else

Thank you for the reply but I tried printing from another PC and it worked just fine. I wonder if it is my PC (windows Insider Preview) that is giving me this problem

Another thing is that if i have an Excel file where I have borders, it will print the borders but nothing inside the boders

Thanks for the update!
It's possible the programs you are printing from are using the same working ink when printing, so printing a nozzle check through the steps above is the best way to determine if this is a printer or computer issue. If the nozzle check differs in any way, try running through the cleaning cycle and this should help!
If the nozzle check matches perfectly from the example on the link, just let us know!

I did everything all the patterns came out fine but it still does not print
